Hi, this is my first time posting here & i have a question. I've lost the dog pin to Kit's Christmas dress. Can i call or email customer service and get a replacement? I hate making phone calls and don't want to even ask if AG is just going to say no.

Hey, I'm pretty sure they can, they're really nice about things like that. You can email customer service first and ask. Also, check out the post titled, "Your American Girl-related website here," it's at the top. I think it's on the second plage, but one of the members has a list of codes for the replaceable items such as ribbons, shoes, socks, underware, etc.

It sure is! You have to order replacements over the phone, as they aren't available through the site. Here's the info:

That pin is hard to keep up with! I have ours packed away.
You can also fax in an order on the back of the slip that comes with your order, or send in a catalog order, OR if you have a return, you can add the replacement part on that.
You just can't order over the website.
